Smart Factory (스마트제조경영)

  • This course introduces the concept and paradigm of industry 4.0 and its technological and structural impacts on future market and industry. Students identify the characteristics and role of smart manufacturing in industry 4.0, figure out the necessary technologies for successful implementation of smart manufacturing, and define appropriate structure and functions of products and processes. Furthermore, the efficient strategy and management of smart manufacturing is discussed and its performance measures are identified.

Modeling & Analysis of Manufacturing Systems (생산시스템모델링및분석)

  • This course introduces the fundamentals and ways of analyzing the manufacturing systems. This course covers topics such as models of manufacturing systems, calculation of performance measures, and effects of machine statues and other disruptions on system performance. Students learn to address a wide variety of manufacturing system operation issues and design a efficient manufacturing system.

Sustainable SCM (지속가능 SCM)

  • This course covers the concept, theory, and framework of sustainable supply chain (SSC) and applicable cases. The definition of SSC and its value are reviewed and some theoretical bases are introduced. Major research areas are also addressed for the future research. Some outstanding cases are explored and discussed for students to enhance their understanding of SSC.

Operations Research (경영과학원론)

  • This course provides the comprehensive concepts and systematic approach of utilizing advanced analytical methods for making better decisions in industries and corporate organizations. Students learn how to develop various mathematical models and solve those models using the software. This course introduces linear & nonlinear programming and extensions, network programming, goal programming, and dynamic programming.
